The number you can sit with on Monday
Impressions are a vanity metric. Inquiries are a business. How we decide if a site or an ad account is actually working.

A client once sent us a screenshot of reach. Two hundred thousand people had seen the ad. The phone had not rung.
That is the whole problem, in one picture.
What we count
We count inquiries. A form. A booked table. A call that lasted longer than ten seconds. Not likes. Not reach. Not a story reply from someone who will never walk in.
If you cannot sit with the number on Monday and decide whether to keep spending, it is not a number. It is decoration.
The three-line audit
When a site or an account arrives, we write three lines. Not a deck.
- What a stranger understands in four seconds
- What we would measure this week
- What we would turn off today
You keep the note even if we never work together.
Why the site and the ads belong together
Split the work and you get a pretty page that no campaign can land on, or a campaign that lands on a page that dumps the click. One team. One pixel. One report.
The inquiry is the only shared KPI that does not lie.
That is the whole studio, in one sentence.
